As part of an expanded convenience store concept roll-out, Bowman has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the United States to provide site planning and design for their updgraded convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT. The stores range from 4,000 to 8,000 sq.ft. and each site is approximately two acres. Select sites include electrical engineering design for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations.
