Our team was hired by the City of Chester to provide a master plan for rehabilitation work along Main Street and Gadsen Street including replacing trees, resetting pavers, replacing concrete sidewalk and repairing asphalt pavement. We provided a unit price cost estimate to help the city determine the project scope, created a master plan for the rehabilitation work and assisted with bidding and award for the project.
