Bowman provided energy modeling services for this municipal facility to achieve the following:
- 47.5% Energy cost savings versus code minimum construction
- LEED silver level
- $24,000 in rebates from Xcel Energy
The facility includes spaces such as police department and holding, public library, council chambers and recreation center. Project elements include a high-efficiency HVAC, energy recovery ventilation, high efficiency lighting systems, and water-saving plumbing systems.
