Clarendon Center is a mixed-use development located along two blocks of Wilson and Clarendon Boulevards bounded by 11th Street N., N. Garfield Street, and N. Highland Street. The project consists of 244 residential units, 224,00 sq. ft. of office space, and 57,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
Bowman’s landscape architectural services included design of linear streetscapes, urban public plazas and water features, private roof top amenity spaces and green roof systems to assist in stormwater management collection.
