Bowman performed the engineering design and construction quality assurance for multiple stormwater retention dams. The design process included watershed analyses, lithological investigation and interpretation, earthen structure stability analyses, and flow considerations for a 100-year storm event. During the construction process, Bowman performed construction quality assurance (CQA) which consisted of construction administration and oversight, liner installation inspection, and verification of specification and drawing compliance.
