Bowman was contracted to obtain land use approvals for this LEED Gold Certified headquarters. The project sits on 12.83 acres and consisted of the installation of over 21,000 sq. ft. of rooftop solar panels and of approximately 91,000 sq. ft. of parking lot canopy supported solar panels. Bowman performed initial due diligence research of municipal zoning, site plans, and coordination through the approval process. The services were performed to facilitate initial discussions and gain approval from township officials. The site plan addresses solar panels, topographic survey proposed by our firm. The plans also identified access to the solar panels, the layout, preliminary grading and stormwater management mitigation design.
