This two-phase development project included the retrofitting of an existing 30-year old warehouse/flex building. Bowman provided preliminary site layout and due diligence, as-built survey, preliminary earthwork analysis, final site design/permitting, construction administration services, construction stake-out, and final as-built survey for project closeout. In an effort to keep an aggressive permitting schedule, this project was minimized to disturb less that one (1) acre such that a VSMP permit was not needed. Additionally, the existing and proposed utilities were confined within a small land area, which made it challenging during installation and required complex coordination with multiple entities to ensure success.
