MEP engineering for the complete renovation of the main lobby, addition of a conferencing area and library renovation on the first floor, additional conferencing areas, office renovation on the 2nd floor, office renovation on the 3rd floor and miscellaneous core renovation areas on the garage levels. The building had problems with infiltration in the main lobby creating a cold environment for employees and residences of Arlington County. Bowman performed a study and found that base building infrastructure issues are creating these conditions and was able to make recommendations related to the base building outside air system, 3rd floor return air path, smoke evacuation system, overall building balancing and system retro-commissioning.
