Bowman provided planning consultation and support services for the first rezoning application to Loudoun County’s newly adopted mixed-use business district. The proposed Fox Gate development is located on 19 acres alongside Route 50 near the Fairfax County line. The project consists of approximately 600,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use space including office, retail, civic, and residential uses. Scope of work includes the preparation of rezoning application submission materials and providing various graphics and exhibits. In order to realize density credits provided under the new mixed-use business district, the project features 100% structured parking, LEED Gold Certification, workforce housing, and public transportation to name a few. Bowman’s team is coordinating with project consultants and local municipal representatives to develop the approach for the rezoning package.
