Bowman was engaged by Collier County, FL, to provide construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) services for the expansion of the Golden Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
The project will increase the plant’s treatment capacity from 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD) to 5.0 MGD. Bowman will play a central role throughout construction, overseeing on-site inspection, monitoring schedule performance and supporting start-up and commissioning activities. The team will also provide post-construction services, including performance verification and regulatory compliance monitoring.
Bowman’s relationship with Collier County spans nearly 30 years and includes hundreds of completed projects, many focused-on water and wastewater infrastructure. The Golden Gate WWTP expansion represents a continuation of that partnership as the County improves infrastructure capacity.
