Bowman provided support under an active on-call multi-year agreement with the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works. The existing Grover Road and New Cut Road intersection has become part of a primary commuter route for the nearby newly constructed communities and Archbishop Spalding High School. Anne Arundel County DPW identified the need for roadway intersection improvements, including right turn lane plans and traffic signal evaluations for review and approval. Bowman completed design efforts for roadway intersection improvement/right turn lane plans for review and approval by Anne Arundel County DPW. The project required final engineering and surveying for roadway widening, turn-lane construction and drainage improvements.
