Bowman provided engineering services to provide over 52,000 sq. ft. of roof top solar panels and 17,000 sq. ft. of ground-mounted solar panels to a new shopping center. Bowman had prepared a full survey and design services for a 100,000 sq. ft. shopping center, and after construction had begun, the owner sought to amend the plans to provide solar facilities. The property sits on 27 acres and consists of the construction of a solar field in the rear portion of site. The improvements required variances with respect to screening from the public, due to the topographic rework of the site.
