Bowman provided civil engineering and surveying services for this project located at the northwest corner of SR 76 and SE Salerno Road, Martin County, FL. The project included the development of a Publix Supermarket with adjacent retail space totaling approximately 23,000 sq. ft. on an 18-acre site. The existing area is partially occupied by the Vargas Plaza and a used car dealership, which will be demolished as a result of this project. The services included topographic surveying, preparation of legal descriptions and sketches, engineering design, permitting and construction observation and certification. Bowman assisted in obtaining development and construction approval from the County. The design and permitting included parking lots, driveways, stormwater management system, potable water distribution system and wastewater collection/transmission system. Bowman provided construction observation services and certification of the various permits received from the required regulatory agencies.
