Our team completed the design survey for a new high service pump station to replace the existing high service pumping facility at the Kilgore Surface Water Treatment Plant. We set project control throughout the site and utilized their unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to survey the existing structures, ground features, and create a point cloud, video, and digital terrain model of the site. Our field crews located right-of-way monuments along FM 349 and SH 31 and monuments of adjoining properties to create a property map of the site. Deliverables included CADD files to client standards, copies of field notes and field sketches, and ASCII point files.
