The Lamar University Setzer Student Center plays a pivotal role in campus life. It houses multiple dining vendors, meeting rooms, ballroom and a bookstore. When it came time to update the aging structure, documentation of the original layout was insufficient. To remedy this, the client had begun a Revit model. However, they knew it was not going to be accurate enough to be workable in the field. They called in our reality capture team to get hyper-accurate measurements that would lead to a smoother remodel.
