Bowman provided landscape architecture consulting services to secure zoning and development entitlement approval for the Loudoun Times urban redevelopment project. Redevelopment will include the replacement of an existing building known as the Loudoun Times Mirror with the new 6-story residential and mixed-use mid-rise building.
The designed landscape incorporates ground level urban plazas, active and passive recreation and intimate amenity courtyards at various floor levels, outdoor kitchen and entertaining spaces and rooftop oasis.
