Bowman is providing civil engineering and permitting services for Loxley Logistics Center, a 210-acre, multiphase industrial park developed by Crown West Realty in Baldwin County, Alabama. Working with ARCO/Murray, Bowman is supporting the development of multiple warehouse facilities, including a 162,800-square-foot building that broke ground in 2025.
Serving as the civil engineer of record, Bowman’s scope includes site planning, grading and erosion control design, stormwater management, drainage design, water and sanitary sewer infrastructure design, site access and landscaping. The team has also prepared civil construction documents and engineering plans for public water and sewer extensions, coordinating with project consultants, utility providers and regulatory agencies to advance site approvals.
As the project progresses, Bowman continues to refine site designs to accommodate evolving development requirements. This work has included redesigning stormwater detention systems, revising grading plans to account for changes in building placement and elevations, and updating accessible entry designs to align with the revised site layout.
Through its continued involvement, Bowman is helping advance the development of Loxley Logistics Center with practical engineering solutions that support both current construction and future growth.
