Bowman provided permitting support, regulatory approvals and construction drawing services for Marek North, a new residential community featuring more than 200 apartment units in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
The site plan includes numerous outdoor amenities, including pickleball courts, outdoor grilling and dining areas, arbors, outdoor furnishings, fire pits, a small pool area, an enclosed dog run and secure bicycle storage. Additional improvements include site landscaping, specialty paving, decorative fencing, site lighting and irrigation systems.
