Bowman currently holds an Annual Engineering Agreement for civil, water/wastewater and surveying services with the Nelson County Service Authority. Bowman provided assistance with the funding agency (USDA-RD), preparation of Preliminary Engineering Report amendment, preparation of a Pilot Study Report including coordination with the equipment manufacturer during testing, preparation of final design documents, preparation of bid documents including coordination through the bid and contract award process, and construction administration services.
