Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) engaged our team to develop detailed scopes of service for potential bridge projects by local agencies. We provided precise cost estimates and engineering data to support accurate scheduling, evaluated right-of-way impacts, and identified environmental concerns ahead of programming these projects into the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Our scope included comprehensive construction cost estimates, establishment of design standards, analysis of right-of-way and utility impacts, field documentation, and site photography for eight bridges across ODOT’s Region 1 (covering Clackamas, Multnomah, Hood River, and eastern Washington Counties) and Region 5 (Eastern Oregon). All scoping services were completed in alignment with ODOT’s stringent General Expectations, ensuring optimal long-term value and responsible use of public funds within project, program, and budgetary constraints.
