Bowman provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for a 500,000 sq. ft. mixed-use dining and entertainment destination development located in Loudoun County. The project included a new downtown with a plaza and fountain, a movie theater, low rise retail buildings with professional offices on the upper floors, and a major grocer along with other national chain retail stores. Bowman also designed the main streetscape lighting and power including the featured plaza with a fountain and entertainment stage for year-round use. In addition to the streetscapes, Bowman designed the core and shell for four of the buildings using split mechanical systems for heating and cooling, and a retail service entrance for electrical distribution.
