Bowman provided preliminary engineering, preliminary site design, final engineering,
an ALTA survey and mapping services for the RaDD (Research and Development
District) project.
This one-of-a-kind property has transformed San Diego’s renowned port district into
an iconic waterfront opportunity; a strategic, stunning and luxurious development
that will globally enhance our region’s reputation as one of the world’s most desirable
destinations.
The project consists of a mix of laboratory and office buildings, restaurants and retail
opportunities. Additional street improvements on North Harbor Drive and Pacific
Highway will also be constructed per the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan.
