Bowman served as project manager and lead designer/planner and provided environmental assessments for the expansion and realignment of approximately 14 miles of Ranch Road 12 between Dripping Springs and Wimberley in Hays County, Texas.
Bowman’s services included aerial survey services, conceptual plan development, construction plans development, cultural resources, design survey, drainage studies, endangered species assessments, environmental assessments, floodplain hydrology/hydraulics, preliminary engineering, presentations to the city council, and project management.
