Just 4 miles south of the proposed Blair South Bypass, our team designed two miles of grading, culverts, 9″ doweled concrete pavement and erosion control. This county funded project was built under the NDOT standard specifications. We designed and provided construction project management and construction inspection for this project. NDOT testing procedures were provided on this project.
