Bowman has been contracted by Royal Farms in providing site/civil engineering for the construction of new convenience stores and gas stations located across Virginia. Bowman has provided due diligence and site layout and design for each of the stores. These studies have provided the Royal Farms development team with adequate information to make a well-informed decision about whether or not to move forward into the permitting/approval period.
