This growing high-end car wash gas station chain is headquartered in Matthews, North Carolina. The first location opened on December 3, 2012, in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Since then, Sam’s Xpress has successfully opened multiples locations, and Bowman has been a trusted partner to expand into eastern North Carolina and southern Virginia providing civil / site engineering.
The team is providing preliminary site plan showing the proposed building, parking, buffers, access driveway and other items required for client review, and prepared the required preliminary site plan applications and calculations for the site plan submittal. The projects also include the preparation of required civil construction documents for the proposed development, and working with the relevant local and state jurisdictions to gain approval for the required permits.
