Our team was selected to lead the design team for San Diego State University (SDSU) in building a world-class university campus, research center and multi-use stadium in Mission Valley. The project will serve higher education, the public good and the community’s goals and aspirations. SDSU envisions a vibrant, mixed-use, medium-density development that is transit-oriented, and expands the university’s educational, research, entrepreneurial and technology transfer programs. SDSU Mission Valley will include a 35,000-seat stadium, 1.6M sq. ft. Research and Innovation District, a transit station, 95,000 sq. ft. retail, 4,600 housing units, and the development of more than 80 acres of community parks and open space, including the 34-acre River Park.
In addition to the design lead, we are providing civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and water resources services for the catalytic project that is the SDSU Master Plan and Aztec Stadium.
