Our team delivered a 162-acre, 15 MW solar project providing comprehensive engineering and permitting support with a focus on environmental stewardship. The site was carefully planned to situate equipment on elevated, dry areas, maximizing solar production while preserving adjacent wetlands and sensitive ecosystems.
The project required specialized planning to protect habitat for three endangered species while maintaining compliance with state and federal permitting requirements. Services included grading and drainage design, stormwater controls, and hydrology studies, ensuring long-term performance and regulatory alignment.
Additionally, our team developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and implemented advanced erosion and sediment control measures, safeguarding surrounding habitats during construction and ongoing operation. Structural engineering support included design of equipment pad foundations to enhance durability and reliability.
By combining technical precision with ecological sensitivity, this project demonstrates a balanced approach to renewable energy development that delivers clean power while protecting natural resources.
