Bowman provides right-of-way (ROW) and land services for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), supporting transportation infrastructure projects across the state.
Our team manages the full spectrum of right-of-way delivery, spanning everything from property owner outreach, easement and fee-simple negotiations and title research through closings, deed recordation and condemnation support. Where projects require it, Bowman also coordinates utility relocations and provides relocation assistance to displaced residents and businesses in full compliance with the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA).
