Bowman’s first Build for Rent project with one- and two-story units, this 16-acre site is located on the rolling hills of Fountain Hills. The Havenly features 147 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with high-end amenities, a paseo through the middle of the site, and private gathering areas for each unit. It requires large retaining walls around the perimeter to allow for ADA access to all the units, amenities and surrounding roadways. Bowman provided planning, zoning support, entitlements, site planning, preliminary and final engineering, surveying and construction support services.
