Bowman provided the mechanical and plumbing engineering design for the North Tower of the East Building, a luxury high-rise condominium project. The project consists of a 27-story building with 104 condominium units. The first floor of the North Tower is comprised of the North Tower entrance lobby, amenities, and loading dock. There are approximately 1,977 sq. ft. of fitness center between level 2 and level 3. Condominium floors start at level 2 through level 26. The 26th floor also consisted of approximately 3,750 sq. ft. of lounge amenities area. The building has an accessible terrace on the roof for resident gatherings.
