Responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design of several new Brightview Senior Living facilities. Each Brightview project includes its own unique design with a mix of independent living units, assisted living units and memory care units, as well as a full suite of amenities including, dining rooms, hobby/art rooms, fitness rooms, theater, salon, café, bar and a full-service commercial kitchen, courtyards, roof top terraces and covered parking structures. Several of the facilities were designed to meet USGBC LEED design for Silver or Gold certification. Projects include:
