The $30M Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center is a special destination hailed as the most significant new building in the state of Wyoming. Dubbed “the University’s front door”, the building has state-of-the-art technological infrastructure. The multi-use civic facility includes small and large meeting/training rooms, 300-person ballroom/flex space, commercial kitchen, dining, student, public/social event spaces, and offices. The center also includes museum-quality space. Bowman commissioned 100% of the HVAC, electrical and lighting, building automation, fire life safety, security, and telecommunications systems.
