Bowman supported Weidmann Electrical Technology with the expansion of its active manufacturing facility, providing site design, permitting and construction-phase services to help advance new industrial growth while maintaining ongoing operations. The project included improvements to the existing facility, a new storage building and relocated parking areas.
Bowman’s work included site planning, wetland delineation, stormwater management, water and wastewater design, erosion control, permitting and cost estimating. The team advanced design and approvals on an expedited schedule to help meet a state grant deadline, supporting the funding award and allowing construction to begin on schedule.
During construction, Bowman provided engineering support for utility and site improvements, including new septic tanks, stormwater infrastructure, water lines and hydrants. Services included installation observation, water line testing coordination and preparation of required certifications and test results for permitting authorities.
