This 60,000 sq. ft. medical office building (MOB) is situated on a 4-acre site in San
Antonio’s Westover Hills Development. Our team was involved in the design and
development which not only included the building but the 170+ space parking lot,
drive aisles, driveways, as well as sewer, water, and fire access systems. Due to the
location of this project and the previously recorded plat vesting was obtained to
assist with the tree ordinance requirements and drainage for the tract. This site also
required an offsite city turn lane design and permitting as well TxDOT coordination
for a safe pedestrian path design and easement requirements along the existing
highway.
