To convert existing CAD data and hard copy maps of the water distribution system into a GIS framework, Bowman identified the water distribution system features including mains, valves, storage tanks, wells, services, meters, and fire hydrants. Also, standardized the asset data, completed attribute information and tied everything to the Town’s aerial base map.
