The holiday season tends to bring out the best in people, and across Bowman, our teams leaned into that spirit in a big way this year.
Employees showed up for their communities through donation drives and volunteer efforts, supporting local food banks and organizations from coast to coast. For many teams, it’s a tradition.
In Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for example, team members once again spent time volunteering with the Central Penn Food Bank, continuing a commitment they’ve built year after year.
Other teams got involved in their own ways. Our land services group collected more than 350 pounds of food and hygiene products for Daily Bread, helping stock shelves and support individuals and families in need. Different locations, different efforts—but all grounded in showing up for the communities where we live and work. Not just as engineers, surveyors, planners and land professionals, but as people invested in the places we call home.
