Bowman is proud to support the continued development of the Prologis Port Crossing Commerce Center, a major industrial project in La Porte, Texas, within the Houston market.
This month marked a key milestone with the groundbreaking of the final two buildings, C3 and C6, representing the last phase of the development. Together, these buildings will deliver approximately 229,000 sq. ft. of new industrial space, further expanding capacity in one of the region’s most strategically located logistics hubs.
Bowman served as the civil engineer on the project, contributing to the planning and execution of this final phase. Team members Kevin Polasek, Stephen Garza and Julio Mosqueda from the Houston office were on site to celebrate the groundbreaking.
Construction on buildings C3 and C6 is scheduled to begin in January 2026, marking the final step in delivering this high-impact industrial development.
