Bowman has appointed Andy Raichle, PE, to executive vice president, marine engineering & climate resiliency. Andy’s appointment strengthens Bowman’s commitment to growing its ports & harbor practice and climate resiliency capabilities.
Andy’s career spans projects in the coastal and maritime environments across the United States, its territories and the Caribbean. His experience includes ports and harbors, flood protection/resiliency, ecological restoration, natural disaster recovery, offshore wind development and commercial, residential and resort development. Throughout his career, Andy has navigated federal, state and local processes, and he comfortably interfaces with all regulatory agencies. His ability to manage complex regulatory environments ensures that Bowman projects will meet the highest standards of compliance and sustainability.

In this role, Andy will support Bowman’s ports & harbor group, expanding the company’s reach into offshore wind and coastal protection markets. His strong background in urban development will also be instrumental in securing new contracts and fostering growth in the market.
