A powerful winter storm hit North Texas in January 2026, bringing icy conditions that disrupted services to Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP) customers. Bowman responded quickly to support TNMP by coordinating emergency aerial helicopter service to inspect approximately 600 miles of distribution lines.

This 4-span 265’-0” pre-stressed concrete inverted tee girder bridge was constructed over the North Fork Big Nemaha River. Our team performed topographic survey, hydraulic survey, roadway design, bridge design, construction inspection and administration.
