Our engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the renovation of this 60,000 sq. ft., four-story historic building in Washington, DC.

Our team was selected to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the new 120,000 sq. ft. Ernst and Young McLean offices and conference center.
The project involves the design and construction administration for five floors of corporate office space.

Bowman is providing MEP engineering design for the 31-story, 729,000 sq. ft. class A, corporate headquarters building in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. The building features 68,000 sq. ft. of retail space in addition to a 495,000 sq. ft. office. Parking includes eight levels of above grade and four levels below grade.

Bowman provided MEP engineering design services for this 14-story 292,000 sq. ft. core and shell class A high-rise office building meeting the WELL Building Institute certification. The building achieved a LEED Gold certification. In addition to the base building systems, Bowman provided the MEP engineering for the tenant interior design.

Engineering services for over 50 WaWa projects. Services include entitlements and development of strategic plans for market-driven initiatives. Also provided representation at public hearings and workshops, technical assistance for prototype stores, Chapter 527 TIA Reports, traffic impact studies, etc.

Bowman provided site, utility, drainage and stormwater design, as well as rezoning and full permitting services for new ground-up sites in the Charleston SC market. Permitting was conducted with applicable Local, State and Federal agencies. The stores are approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and sites range from 3-6 acres.

Bowman has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the US to provide site planning and design for their convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT.
