For two decades, Bowman has been a dedicated provider of architectural and engineering (A/E) services for Ansco/AT&T’s antenna modification telecom projects. Our team has designed more than 100 telecom tower sites, including self-support, guyed, monopole, smokestack, rooftops, water tanks and antenna mounts.

Bowman provided 3-D laser scanning, planning and zoning expertise, landscape architecture, survey, site civil engineering, structural engineering and comprehensive construction administration/observation services.

Bowman was engaged to provide engineering and survey services for the park’s iconic pyramid structures, visitors’ center and both rickhouses.

Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest is a 16,140-acre privately operated arboretum, forest and natural preserve. Located 25 mi south of Louisville, KY, this natural area is visited by more than 500,000 visitors annually.

Arthur K Draut Park is an 18.9-acre park initially developed to be utilized for water retention during heavy rain. The new improvement added walking trails and open spaces with seating to create a more accessible space for the community. Elevated overlooks and bridges were also added to preserve the integrity of the existing wetlands within Beargrass Creek watershed.

A five-story hotel is located 13 miles from downtown Louisville close to local shopping and businesses. A 5-story, 127-room hotel is located on a 1.2-acre tract as part of an existing 9.5-acre campus. The campus includes two other chain hotels and a 6,300 sq. ft. restaurant. The team provided planning/zoning, landscape architecture, civil/site engineering and survey/topographic mapping.

A 30-story mixed-use development in downtown Louisville consist of 612 hotel suites and 225 luxury apartment units. The hotel was built on the site of the former Louisville Water Co., and was design to blend the charm of the city and modern luxury.
