Bowman developed a centralized GIS platform for Blue Pine Fuels to streamline wildfire mitigation operations across Central Washington. The system integrates property assessments, fieldwork, customer approvals and automated reporting into a single map-based application.

Bowman is providing design and construction management services to the City of Des Moines for the reconstruction of the Redondo Fishing Pier and associated public amenities. Originally constructed in 1980, the existing pier was closed in 2019 due to safety concerns and is now being completely rebuilt to meet modern structural and public use standards.

Bowman worked closely with both utilities to structure a hybrid capacity model. Our team also led the technical and financial analysis, developed cost allocation methodologies aligned with industry standards and facilitated stakeholder discussions.
