Bowman has supported PhilaPort for 14 years across 40+ projects, including strategic planning, facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, capital project development, permitting and construction-phase support within an active port and across a diverse, multi-terminal capital program.
Currently, Bowman is delivering waterside engineering, permitting and construction management services to support the redevelopment of an existing wharf into a temporary cruise terminal, Hog Island Cruise Terminal. The project includes berth upgrades, gangway design and geotechnical evaluations on an accelerated schedule to meet cruise operations.
