Bowman provided creative design solutions on a challenging topographic residential site. The team also successfully navigated a variety of local, state, and federal permit plans and applications to deliver a successful project.
Bowman has worked on multiple Sam’s Club Store and Fueling Station projects throughout the United States, providing engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence studies. The scope also included underground utilities, erosion & sediment control and drainage plans.
Bowman served as project manager and lead designer/planner and provided environmental assessments for the expansion and realignment of approximately 14 miles of Ranch Road 12 between Dripping Springs and Wimberley in Hays County, Texas.
Ruby Hill Park serves as a major active recreational resource for southwest Denver as well as for surrounding communities. This 80-acre park was planned and designed in multiple phases, and Bowman served as the owner’s representative providing civil design services for Phases I and II.
Bowman provided detailed full scope bridge design and construction administration for various reconstruction efforts throughout Illinois. The team worked in tandem with state and local officials to ensure the design and planning process meet all safety and construction standards.
Bowman is providing program management assistance to CGC to fulfill their development goals and execute a wide range of planning, design and permitting services for each project site, including civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, right-of-way, and environmental consulting.
The Rosslyn Commons project involved two towers with a total of 474 residential units and four levels of underground parking garage. The project consisted of the design of two underground stormwater management vaults, water and sanitary sewer connections, and frontage improvements.
Bowman provided all surveying services in conjunction with the expansion of Norfolk Southern’s existing Intermodal Facility. The team’s surveying services included establishing control, construction staking/layout of track and facilities, and volumetric surveys.
Bowman is part of a multi-disciplined design and planning team to deliver a multi-year redevelopment of an iconic former military medical center. The team is responsible for preliminary design and planning of civil infrastructure as well as public relations with various government and community bodies.
