Bowman provided surveying and engineering services for this improvement project including approximately 3,900 lf of divided road construction between Loudoun County Parkway and Hartley Place in Ashburn, VA

Bowman provided detailed full scope bridge design and construction administration for various reconstruction efforts throughout Illinois. The team worked in tandem with state and local officials to ensure the design and planning process meet all safety and construction standards.

Bowman is responsible for Phase I, II and III engineering services to upgrade the existing Shermer Road Bridge to meet current structural, hydraulic and geometric requirements.

Bowman has provided site engineering design, environmental reconnaissance and permitting, and topographic survey for the construction of five, 80 foot long, fair weather stream crossing structures, and 1,300 lf of new trail construction and rehabilitation of existing trail.

Bowman provided civil engineering, designing, and planning construction documents for Veterans Park in Parsippany. Working in conjunction with a landscape architect, Bowman provided all necessary civil engineering documents and obtained required permits.

Bowman established a GPS control network based on NAD 83 and NAVD 88 verified to Patuxent River Base control, conducted detailed topographic and existing conditions surveys of the tarmac and parking areas utilizing 3D laser scanning technology and a mobile TopoLift.

Bowman provided its core planning and civil design services to creatively tackle a brownfield redevelopment.

Bowman delivered civil engineering design services for the 177-acre Promenade project in the Town of Castle Rock, which is one of the largest community center developments in the country.

Bowman provided site, utility, drainage and stormwater design, as well as rezoning and full permitting services for new ground-up sites in the Charleston SC market. Permitting was conducted with applicable Local, State and Federal agencies. The stores are approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and sites range from 3-6 acres.

Bowman provided overall design, design management, roadway and drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, traffic engineering/management, electrical design, ITS, tolling systems, right-of-way and ATCs through Tender Phase.
