Bowman led the preparation of final design plans and contract documents, as well as provide construction oversight, for improved pedestrian and bicycle amenities along the Woonasquatucket River from Eagle Square to Francis Street in Providence, RI.

Bowman provided ADA compliance evaluation services for Escambia County, assessing both the county’s public transit infrastructure and its parks and recreation facilities to determine conformance with current Americans with Disabilities Act standards.

Bowman provided permitting support services, urban design and construction drawings for the entire site of the Greater Burlington Vermont YMCA with a focus on aesthetics and ADA accessibility. Scope includes entry plaza, outdoor seating, bicycle parking, granite retaining walls, fencing, stairways, site landscape, lighting, and specialty detailing work.

Bowman provided master planning, community engagement, landscape architecture and cost estimating services for the Town of Greenfield, NH, to support the revitalization of Oak Park. The planning process involved public outreach and stakeholder engagement to ensure the proposed improvements reflected local priorities and future needs.

Bowman is providing design and construction management services to the City of Des Moines for the reconstruction of the Redondo Fishing Pier and associated public amenities. Originally constructed in 1980, the existing pier was closed in 2019 due to safety concerns and is now being completely rebuilt to meet modern structural and public use standards.

Bowman was contracted to provide construction engineering services for the expansion of the Three Oaks Recreation Area Trail in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The Magik Theatre is a beloved children’s theater dedicated to inspiring and educating young audiences. Our team performed a topographic survey for the project limits which included lidar and imagery utilizing Trimble SX10 Terrestrial Lidar scanner to acquire high-density scans of the interior and exterior limits of the building and project site.

A 3D scan of the Anaheim Convention Center captured over 1 billion data points using a Faro s350 scanner. The point cloud was converted into a mesh and exported as an FBX file, allowing the projection mapping team to plan and create visual content in advance for the upcoming show.

Our team provided subsurface utility engineering, professional surveying, civil engineering, and UAV services to support the planning, design and construction of a major city park renovation to an approximately 40-acre existing public facility in Albuquerque, NM.

Our team also completed a wetlands delineation that involved meeting with the State Wetland Ecologist to finalize and confirm the delineation. The observations collected during this process helped to provide the concept development and renderings throughout the rest of the project.
