Bowman provided its core planning and civil design services to creatively tackle a brownfield redevelopment.

Bowman delivered civil engineering design services for the 177-acre Promenade project in the Town of Castle Rock, which is one of the largest community center developments in the country.

Provided surveying services for 15 projects including surveying anomalies at Site Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) sites, surveying in support of munitions response activities, location and stake out of groundwater screening and injection locations and more.

The project included a 200,000 sq. ft. casino with restaurants and a venue for live entertainment, a parking garage, and surface parking on approximately 12 acres of the Arundel Mills Development.

The team designed a transient-oriented, mixed-use community South of the Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station and north of Route 29 that incorporates a variety of townhomes, condominiums, apartments, convenience retail, commercial office, daycare and public spaces.

Bowman provided full engineering and surveying support for the project from conceptual design to final construction documents for this mixed-use residential project.

Bowman provided emergency design services to retrofit critical storm structures following Hurricane Katrina and worked closely with the City of Port St. Lucie to provide assistance in expediting a solution to a destroyed water retention berm.

Bowman provided complete right-of-way acquisition services to acquire an easement needed from 18 property owners and was able to obtain voluntary conveyance from a vast majority of the parcels.

Bowman provided Phase II engineering design of a two-span steel through girder railroad bridge.
