Bowman supported the Town of Queen Creek on an improvement project for water and sewer collection system improvements within the mid-section Ryan Road Alignment. Bowman provided survey and design engineering services for this project.
Bowman led a team consisting of aviation consultants, structural engineers and MEP engineers to design an all-aluminum helipad structure which met FAA and ADA guidelines and provided a proper arrival experience to their premier clients befitting of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and Hard Rock Casino Brands.
Bowman is part of a multi-disciplined design and planning team to deliver a multi-year redevelopment of an iconic former military medical center. The team is responsible for preliminary design and planning of civil infrastructure as well as public relations with various government and community bodies.
Bowman provided civil engineering, designing, and planning construction documents for Veterans Park in Parsippany. Working in conjunction with a landscape architect, Bowman provided all necessary civil engineering documents and obtained required permits.

Bowman’s survey and design teams were responsible for over 50% of the residential development as they prepared preliminary and final plans.

Bowman delivered civil engineering design services for the 177-acre Promenade project in the Town of Castle Rock, which is one of the largest community center developments in the country.
Bowman provided site, utility, drainage and stormwater design, as well as rezoning and full permitting services for new ground-up sites in the Charleston SC market. Permitting was conducted with applicable Local, State and Federal agencies. The stores are approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and sites range from 3-6 acres.
Bowman provided overall design, design management, roadway and drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, traffic engineering/management, electrical design, ITS, tolling systems, right-of-way and ATCs through Tender Phase.
