Bowman’s partnership with Starbucks began in 2013 and has since grown into becoming one of their preferred civil engineers. Our teams work closely with management to produce site development and construction management plans for new stores across multiple states.
Bowman is the on-call, municipal engineer for the Township of West Caldwell. The team is responsible for preparing and submitting multiple municipal aid grant applications to the NJ Department of Transportation on behalf of the township. Once accepted, Bowman surveyed, designed, and oversaw the reconstruction of this 3,600 lf collector road.
Phase I and Phase II included engineering design services for the repair and maintenance of seven separate structures. Work included the determination of appropriate repair and maintenance activities for each structure based on recent Bridge Condition Reports, discussions with KDOT staff, and other improvements determined during Phase II engineering.
Bowman provided is core planning, survey, and civil design services to deliver an environmentally and pedestrian friendly residential subdivision. The team was challenged to preserve much of the existing natural beauty while delivering great views to the residents. Bowman also modeled and designed the public road and utilities required to serve the site.
Bowman supported the Town of Queen Creek on an improvement project for water and sewer collection system improvements within the mid-section Ryan Road Alignment. Bowman provided survey and design engineering services for this project.
Bowman has worked on multiple Sam’s Club Store and Fueling Station projects throughout the United States, providing engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence studies. The scope also included underground utilities, erosion & sediment control and drainage plans.
Bowman led a team consisting of aviation consultants, structural engineers and MEP engineers to design an all-aluminum helipad structure which met FAA and ADA guidelines and provided a proper arrival experience to their premier clients befitting of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and Hard Rock Casino Brands.
Bowman is responsible for Phase I, II and III engineering services to upgrade the existing Shermer Road Bridge to meet current structural, hydraulic and geometric requirements.
Bowman provided creative design solutions on a challenging topographic residential site. The team also successfully navigated a variety of local, state, and federal permit plans and applications to deliver a successful project.
