Bowman provided creative design solutions on a challenging topographic residential site. The team also successfully navigated a variety of local, state, and federal permit plans and applications to deliver a successful project.

Bowman has worked on multiple Sam’s Club Store and Fueling Station projects throughout the United States, providing engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence studies. The scope also included underground utilities, erosion & sediment control and drainage plans.

Bowman served as project manager and lead designer/planner and provided environmental assessments for the expansion and realignment of approximately 14 miles of Ranch Road 12 between Dripping Springs and Wimberley in Hays County, Texas. 

Bowman has provided site engineering design, environmental reconnaissance and permitting, and topographic survey for the construction of five, 80 foot long, fair weather stream crossing structures, and 1,300 lf of new trail construction and rehabilitation of existing trail.

Bowman is part of a multi-disciplined design and planning team to deliver a multi-year redevelopment of an iconic former military medical center. The team is responsible for preliminary design and planning of civil infrastructure as well as public relations with various government and community bodies.

Bowman provided civil engineering, designing, and planning construction documents for Veterans Park in Parsippany. Working in conjunction with a landscape architect, Bowman provided all necessary civil engineering documents and obtained required permits.

Bowman is providing a number of services, including but not limited to, site planning, planting design, topographic design for aesthetics, screening, pedestrian and way finding design, design of exterior common spaces, storm water and drainage design, and engineering complying with state and local authority standards, and environmental standards.

Bowman provided its core surveying, land planning, and engineering services for the development of one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s top-selling planned communities. Bowman’s survey and design teams were responsible for over 50% of the residential development as they prepared preliminary and final plans.

Bowman provided its core planning and civil design services to creatively tackle a brownfield redevelopment.

Bowman delivered civil engineering design services for the 177-acre Promenade project in the Town of Castle Rock, which is one of the largest community center developments in the country.
